Busy, Busy!

We have been very busy working and learning all while having fun!  I hope I can get into the habit of blogging at least once every two weeks. :)  That'll be my goal.

Exploring with math tools (August)

Learning how to rotate through our centers.

We're going on a shape hunt....

Then we took a dance break

We mixed some colors made predictions about what would happen if we dipped a q-tip that was covered in soap in the mixture.  The colors pushed away! (Celebrating Colors in Kindergarten August-Early September)

Sorting Colors
 Working in Math Stations

We had a visit from Mr. Don Raney who told us about our freedoms and the constitution.

We learned about some of our National Symbols.

We learned about where milk comes from and watched a machine milk a cow!

We had a fun day at the races after a week of learning about forms of transportation! (First week of October)

We sorted leaves and learned about fall.

We dressed in our 50s attire for our 50th Day of Kindergarten!

And I have the best coworkers a girl could ask for.  Mrs. Vogl is our on staff T-shirt designer.  She did a great job on our class shirts and a cute shirt for the teachers!

Check back soon to see the rest of October and see if I can meet my blogging goal!
